So somehow you’ve stumbled upon this site. Rather it’s due to a friend referral or an internet search, I’m glad you’ve found us! I am a psychotherapist and I decided to create this site to make some of the information I provide to my clients in my private practice available to more individuals. I understand that therapy is expensive and time consuming, and while this is in no way intended to be a substitute for professional assistance if you should need it, I want to be able to make some of the advantages that one can gain from a therapy experience available to the general public. In addition to providing professional information, this site has a little twist to it. It is designed to add a personal flair, so to speak. There is lots of information out there on different psychological issues. I’m hoping to provide information that feels relatable and does not have the sometimes dry feeling of a professional article. In addition, I try to include information that helps people to get the most out of life. It is my goal to help you to, “Design your Life”. Please feel free to browse through the site, which is being added to regularly. If you like what you see and you would like to know more, please sign up for our newsletter. This will alert you of new articles and give you the option to be guided to the ones that interest you.
