healthHealth takes many forms, including physical, mental, and emotional. There is the health of the individual and of relationships. Things are often described as being “healthy” or “unhealthy”. I think sometimes it’s not that simple. In this age of so much information, there is so much conflicting information that it can be confusing to know what is really healthy and what is not. In addition, I think what is healthy in one situation or for one person sometimes may not be healthy in another. So how do we know? What should we be doing for our bodies? What about our minds? How should we handle emotions, when to let ourselves feel them and when to work on changing them? It is all so complicated. It can be overwhelming.
